Getting Your Ranch House Plans Modified

Most ranch home plans can easily be modified due to their asymmetrical rectangular floor plan. Common modifications to house plans are increasing ceiling heights, moving walls or increasing the garage plans size. Although many ranch house plans do not require modifications, people like to flexibility of creating a home that will suit their needs.

Your builder or home designer in your area can modify ranch house plans, once purchased or you may request modifications through our modification service. If you are considering making changes to a ranch house plan that you like, then you should consider purchasing a set of reproducible masters, such as vellums or CAD files if available.

We will be able to prepare an estimate on the cost to modify a plan. For the estimate, you need to tell us all the details of what you would like changed. The estimate we provide will be the actual price you will pay to make the changes you request.

Due to the time it takes to prepare an estimate, we charge $50.00 per estimate. However, we will deduct that $50.00 fee from the cost of the modification fees if you have the modifications made through us.
